GENERAL
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Rights will be retained and I can publicly feature the commission as part of my portfolio. Please include as much information as possible about the commission. I will contact you if I have any further questions. As we all know, art styles are always evolving. Past art may not look the same as new art. There may be slight differences compared to the product you may receive, so please keep that in mind.PAYMENTS
All payments are through VGen, I will not accept any payments outside of the platform. Payments must be made upfront, before any work is started. This is nonnegotiable. Prices are subject to change, and adjustments to the price may be made depending on the complexity of the project.REVISIONS
Major revisions can be made during the sketch phase. Mistakes or errors will be fixed for free, but any additions by the commissioner will be subject to an additional fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Wait time depends on the size and detail of the project. Please DM me if you are needing an approximate window. Typical timeframes are anywhere from a few days to a few months. Files will be sent through VGen DMs, Email, or Discord.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All commissions (with exceptions) are for personal use only. Buyer retains a single-use license, while the artist retains all other copyright. Commissioner may request commercial usage for an additional fee. Please do not repost or distribute my work on any site without crediting me in some form. If you have questions as to what is commercial vs personal, please do not hesitate to contact me.REFUNDS
